Colour: 30 EBC (Copper / reddish brown)
Bitterness: 36 IBU
BU/GU: 0.48


Fermentables
Maris Otter Pale Malt 5 EBC 3000 g
Pilsner Malt 3 EBC 3 EBC 2500 g
Cara Pils 37 EBC 4 EBC 2000 g
Munich Malt 20 EBC 20 EBC 800 g
Cara Aroma 350 EBC 350 EBC 300 g
Vienna 7 EBC 500 g
Dark Brown Sugar 80 EBC 500 g
Smoked Malt 6 EBC 6 EBC 500 g

Mash schedule: 65 grader i 90 min. - 75-78 grader i 15 min.

Chinook 12.6% alpha 10 g 60 minutes

Fermented at 12 degrees C for 14 days.

Lagered at 2 degrees C for 7 days.

Koger med de sidste 15 min.: 10 g. Irish Moss - Koger med de sidste 10 min.: 10 g. koriander (hele frø der knuses) - 20 g. sød appelsinskal - 20 g. bitter appelsinskal.



Flaskes med 7 g. Moscuvado sukker pr. liter.
